Labour Minister Patty Hajdu confesses, with people and businesses starting to feel the effects of rotating strikes, the government has no choice but to act.
“We wouldn’t come down this road, however, we have exhausted every option.”
The labour minister says the legislation will not be debated believing a negotiated deal is still possible.
