An award for finding a missing girl from the Burnt Church First Nation has been increased to more than 17 thousand dollars. RCMP are still investigating the disappearance of 16-year old Hilary Bonnell. She was last seen on September 5th walking on Highway 11.
The award offered by the Chief and Council from the Burnt Church First Nation, along with donations, now stands at 15 thousand 600 dollars. New Brunswick Crime Stoppers is also offering up to two thousand dollars for information leading to Bonnell’s whereabouts. She is described as being 5 feet 5 inches, aboriginal, with dark brown eyes and long black hair. A photo can be found on our website at country94.ca—-click news.
