A 24 year old Saint John man has been sentenced to six years in prison for robbing two pharmacies, one in Fredericton and the other in Saint John.
Kyle Alexander Cameron and 26 year old Tyson Paul Colford of Moncton were arrested a few hours after they held up the Pharmasave on Prospect Street of 25 hundred prescription pills with a street value of 60 thousand dollars. The two were taken down after an armed standoff with Fredericton Police at a hotel.
Cameron got three years for that holdup and another 3 years for the armed robbery of Meditrust on Manawagonish Road, February 4th.
Colford was sentenced to 3 and a half years for the Pharmasave robbery.
