The Major Crime Unit is looking into an incident just before noon today at a business on the Cottage Road in East Saint John.
Staff Sgt. Jim Fleming of the City police tells CHSJ News one man was taken into custody and the other sent to hospital with minor injuries.
He says it looks like a weapon was used and it may turn out to be an industrial implement. He says the two men involved know each other and have a history,
It’s believed the incident began at an auto parts business just before noon and moved outside.
People who intervened in the incident were not hurt.
