A self employed computer analyst who has been an outspoken opponent of shale gas development is seeking the NDP nomination in the reconfigured riding of Hampton. That riding now includes Garnett Settlement, Black River, Baxter’s Corner and Red Head.
Chris Rendell believes his chances of winning are pretty good even though there is a significant gap to overcome from the last provincial election which was won by long time M-L-A Bev Harrison who isn’t running again.
