A prime block of real estate in the uptown has changed hands.
Historica Developments has announced the purchase of 99, 107 and 109 Germain Street as well as the car park at 30 Canterbury Street. Realtor Stephanie Turner represented Bustin’s in the sale. They’ve owned the buildings for decades, but she tells CHSJ News they determined they were no longer necessary for their warehousing and delivery needs.
Bustin’s will stay on Germain as a tenant. Keith Brideau with Historica Developments tells CHSJ News the building at 30 Canterbury Street is going to be converted to luxury condos on the top floor and commercial space on the lower floor.
The deal has reportedly been in the worsk since 2009.
