Uptown Saint John has installed three innovative solar garbage bins uptown.
The bins are solar compacting so they don’t need to be emptied as often and they are set to electronically tell an operator when they are full…. as a result they don’t need to be routinely checked.
The three new bins are located at the top of King Street, the corner of King & Germain, and the foot of King Street.
