Well-known Saint John orthopedic surgeon Dr John Grant is closing his practice and departing for Michigan in August. He’s been in the city since 2012.
Grant previously lived in the US, having completed some specialty training at the University and also taking care of elite athletes on the University of Michigan sports teams.
CHSJ News placed a call to Grant’s office, and they said there will be very few patients they won’t be able to get in for surgery before he leaves.
We’ve also touched bases with Horizon Health and are awaiting a response on his potential replacement.
