In the NHL…..Marion Gaborik signs a 7 year contract to stay with the Los Angeles Kings who will also be keeping forward Mike Richards…….Forward Ryan Callahan signs a six year deal to stay in Tampa Bay and the Pittsburgh Penguins name Mike Johnston as their new head coach……Johnston, who likes an uptempo attack, has been general manager and coach of the Portland Winterhawks of the Western Hockey League.
