Environment Canada issuing a special weather statement warning of extremely hot and humid conditions hitting the province on Canada Day.
An airmass is moving across New Brunswick that will bring the humidex temperature to around 35 to 40 degrees in most places and meteorologist Claude Cote explains it could be even higher in some inland areas like Fredericton and St. Stephen.
Cote says we will see a few days of these hot, hazy conditions and they will have to monitor some possible thunderstorm activity late Wednesday and maybe on Thursday as well.
They are reminding people who are planning on spending time outside tommorrow to stay hydrated and spend some time in shaded areas.
