Before your fork over your hard-earned cash to someone selling an outboard motor, the Kennebecasis Regional Police warning you to check with them or your local police force to make sure it’s not stolen.
There have been eight reports of thefts at the Rothesay Yacht Club on Wharf Road between June 19 and June 28. Here are the descriptions of the stolen motors.
- Yamaha 4 stroke boat engine, light gray in colour. Serial # 6AGKS1011092
- Suzuki 4 stroke, charcoal in colour
- 1993 model Yamaha 9.8 long shaft motor. Serial # 6G8786008
- Yamaka 15 horse power motor, gray and blue in colour. FOURSHORE is written on the rear of this motor
- 2014 model Yamaha 4 stroke motor, gray in colour. Serial # 1087561
- Yamaha 2 horse power, 2 stroke motor, gray in colour.
- Yamaha 6 horse power motor, gray in colour
- Yamaha 5HP motor
