The New Brunswick Federation of Labour is calling for the temporary foreign workers programme to be eliminated altogether and not just changed.

He, along with the Canadian Labour Congress, charge the temporary workers program drives down wages and the migrant workers won’t complain if they’re badly done by because they fear being deported. The C-L-C argues what the economy needs is for people to have more money in their pockets to spend.
