A 17 year old has been charged with assault causing bodily harm after a domestic dispute on Paddock Street.
Police were called to the uptown street after people in the area reported hearing a man and a woman arguing. When police arrived, a woman was found to have injuries to her head and blood running down her face.
The alleged attacker has been ordered to have no contact with the victim and to appear in court at a later date.
