With a tropical storm warning in effect for Saint John over the next 24 hours, Kevin Rice of the city’s Environmental Services tells CHSJ News they’re preparing for flooding in the usual areas like Glen Falls and Rothesay Avenue by the train bridge.
Rice says they’re working closely with the Saint John EMO to make sure the response is adequate, and urges Saint Johners to make sure they have what they need in case high winds knock out power.
