There is still confusion about the signage rules in Saint John and one councillor wants to see some clarification as the Zone SJ adoption process continues.
Councillor at Large Shirley McAlary says the confusion was noticable when real estate agents, of which she is one, were trying to determine where directional signs could be placed.
McAlary says the language isn’t clear enough adding people don’t sit down every night and read bylaws.
She says people need to know the signage rules for private property and public property.
