An update from the province says restoration work in the aftermath of Arthur is being done with a strategic, priority based approach.
Those priorities being health and safety, telecommunications, securing food, fuel and cash distribution and getting industry back to work.
The Emergency Measures Organization is asking for the public to remain calm, patient and understanding as work continues which they say will take some time.
