The Sea Dogs signing left-winger Mitchell Dempsey of Cambridge Ontario as a free agent. Dempsey played eight games in the O-H-L last season with the Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds and Kitchener Rangers and was a seventh-round draft choice of the Boston Bruins in last year’s NHL Draft.
