42,000 homes and businesses remain without electricity as of the middle of the afternoon in the aftermath of post tropical storm Arthur with 24,000 of those in the Fredericton area.
More than 54 hundred do not have power in Charlotte County, over 39 hundred in Rothesay which also includes a large number in Quispamsis, Hampton, Grand Bay-Westfield, Kingston, Long Reach and Garnett Settlement.
The Sussex area is down to 600 customers still in the dark.
