Smoke discovered in an administration building at the Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station prompting a response from fire crews, with the Musquash and Saint John Fire Departments arriving on the scene.
The call came in around 8am and the situation is described as being under control with the building now being ventilated.
Maintenance crews being brought in to help firefighters figure out the source of the smoke. We’re told it appears to be an electrical problem.
