Our Premier and Maine’s Governor signed a cooperation agreement in Woodstock that sets out areas of collaboration like energy, tourism and trade development.
David Alward says the government is pleased to formalize a partnership with the State of Maine. He says the deal builds on New Brunswick’s existing initiatives already underway in culture, energy and tourism.
Paul Lepage also noted the great history of cooperation adding this agreement further strengthens our commitment to regional efforts that will create economic development and commerce between Maine and New Brunswick.
