It’s easy to become dehydrated when working or playing in the hot summer sun.
Superstore Registered Dietician Vanessa MacLellan tells CHSJ News over time if untreated being dehydrated can lead to some serious health problems.
She says if someone is seriously dehydrated they would end up in the hospital but for most people once you notice the problem you can start correcting it right away.
She suggests sipping water while you are golfing, mowing the lawn or in the garden in hot temperatures.
