Post tropical storm Arthur left a path of destruction with downed trees and at its peak over 135,000 New Brunswickers without power.
A lot of criticism followed for the crown utility and the government.
Premier David Alward says lessons cameĀ with this storm and with December’s ice storm.
He says they need to learn and grow in our preparedness adding we need to be ready for storms occurring more often.
Alward says he’s proud of the work NB Power linemen and contractors from out of province did in very difficult circumstances.
