Accused Moncton shooter Justin Bourque is scheduled to appear in Moncton Provincial Court at some point today.
The 24 year old is facing three first-degree murder charges and two counts of attempted murder….he was ordered to undergo a 30-day psychiatric assessment earlier this month.
He has not entered a plea on any of the charges.
