After undergoing a 30 day psychiatric examination a 27-year-old man charged with committing an indecent act outside an apartment building on Horsfield Street has been found mentally fit.
A provincial court appearance for Bradley Bennett who has plead not guilty to the indecent act charge. He has also plead not guilty to charges of possessing meth and marijuana along with violating an earlier probation order.
A bail hearing has been set for Tuesday afternoon and Bennett has been remanded until then.
