A man pleading guilty in Provincial court in Saint John to stealing from his employer last year.
John Bernard Doucette admits to stealing more than $29,000 from the Valley Redemption Centre.
Chief Crown Proscecutor Jim McAvity telling court that Doucette had the power to issue cheques and issued a few for himself.
Doucette did not dispute that five cheques for about $5600 each were written between Oct 6th and 22nd.
K.V. Regional police arrested him and he gave a full statement.
Doucette is due back in court on June 16th for sentencing.
