Sun Rich Fresh foods is recalling packages of apple slices and other fruit , due to concerns over possible listeria contamination.
The company says the apple slices were sold in 57 gram, 595 gram and 3 pound packages, and have a best before date of May 17th.
This also includes Sun Rich Fruit medley, the waldorf salad kit and apple slices with grapes.
Shoppers Drug Mart apples and grapes, Starbucks seasonal fruit salad and Subway apples are also part of the recall.
There is also a warning to hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals and nursing homes not to sell or use the products.
One illness related to the recall has been reported.
