New digs for the East branch of the Saint John library.
Mayor Mel Norton says it will be moving into the transit commission building on McDonald Street and will be located inside the atrium.
Norton says the financial benefits are significant in terms of repayment because the library pays rent to the transit facility.
That branch of the library is currently located on Westmorland Road.
