River Watch is reporting localised flooding in Bathurst with ice jams forming on the Middle River. There is ice movement as well along the Restigouche River.
Water levels along the St. John River system are forecast to remain stable with most areas expected to see minor decreases over the next 48 hours.
Some areas remain at flood stage but are going down slowly. Weather conditions remain favourable for a continuing decline of flows in streams and rivers across the province.
