Codiac RCMP are searching for a Moncton man after shots were fired at a house on McKenzie Avenue near Killam Drive.
Police were called to the home shortly before 6:30 on Friday.
No injuries are reported, despite people being in the house.
A suspect fled the scene in a car, later found abandoned in the Jones Lake area.
32 year old Shawn Fredericks is being sought as a person of interest in the case.
He is described as 6’5”, slender build, brown hair, brown eyes with multiple tattoos.
Anyone who sees him is asked to contact police immediately and should not approach him.
