A local 8-year-old boy continues to raise a lot of money for the local chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
Casey Hooley has now raised $8,600 towards his $10,000 goal.
Gina Hooley is Casey’s Mother, she says seeing her son accomplish his goal would be a huge relief.
Casey will be hosting his last fundraiser next Sunday, which will include a BBQ, bottle drive and car wash.
The event will be held from 12-4pm at the Maritime Opportunity Centre located at 1216 Sand Cove Road.
