Work is already underway at transforming the Canterbury Street Carpark with word that Picaroons Traditional Ales, Real Food Connections and the Buckland and Merrifield Art Gallery will be moving in.
Keith Brideau says there will also be 14 high end apartments for rent on the upper two floors with large open living spaces.
Brideau expects all the work to be done by the end of the year.
