A contingent from the Saint John Sea Dogs on their way to the Q League Draft in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
It’s the second year in a row that the draft is being held in that city and the Dogs have the first pick.
Communications Manager Tim Rozell tells CHSJ News the first round is quite the production.
He says you will see the players come down a red carpet and be escorted to the stage where they shake hands with the GM and owners and then have their picture taken and get interviewed on the spot.
It’s the 5th time in team history that the Dogs have had the first pick.
The Q League draft is coming up on Saturday.
