Bullying Canada is hoping a judge will side in its favour and force the New Brunswick government to release all specific details on where they’ve spent their anti-bullying budget.
The co-founder of the national organization, that is based in New Brunswick, says they’ve served notice to the education minister to appear in the Court of Queen’s Bench in September.
Rob Frenette says over $700,000 has been spent but they want to know where and on what.
Frenette says their requests for full disclosure have gone unanswered, so they had no choice but to take this matter to court.
