All of the soccer action officially gets underway in Moncton today.
The first two teams take to the field at 2pm today, as England takes on France. That will be followed by another match at 5pm, between Colombia and Mexico.
Moncton is one of six venues across the country where the 2015 Women’s World Cup is being played.
Hard word has been underway for quite some time to ensure that the field and the venue is up to par for the event.
There are over 13, 000 seats available for the games, and the Venue General Manager Stephane Delisle says ticket sales have been going very well…
For those attending the games, just a reminder that there is limited parking at U de M. It is recommended that you use the free park and ride service being offered by the City of Moncton instead.
Fans can park their vehicles at the Moncton Coliseum and be shuttled to and from the game.
Tickets can be purchased at the Moncton Stadium box office.
