Meat lovers rejoice! The inaugural Loyalist City Ribfest is now open.
The event continues at the Exibition Park Raceway until Sunday.
There is more than ribs too with corn, taters, ice cream, funnel cakes and more.
The event also features a contest among the veterans of the rib cooking circuit in town for the event and live music.
It’s a first for Saint John but similar events in Moncton and Fredericton have been very successful.
