The Royal at 115 Prince William is now open with one complete unit.
Edmonton developer Rob Fediuk knew he wanted to invest here once plans for the Energy East pipeline were announced.
He says when they started looking at properties 18 months ago there were a lot of vacancies and they put an offer in on the Bustin’s building on Germain Street but chose 115 Prince William because of its heritage.
Fediuk says one unit is complete now and the rest will be finished over the next few months. The condos start at $410,000.
