Today is the last chance for you to attend a FIFA women’s world cup match day in Moncton.
Venue General Manager Stephane Delisle says the Brazil versus Australia game today is bound to be exciting, with a good chance of Brazilian superstar Marta taking the field.
“We’re pretty excited about the fact that now that we’re beyond the group stage everything matters,” says Delisle. “Either you win and keep going, or you lose and go home.”
Delisle says ticket sales have been pretty good across the board for the Moncton matches.
“We’re excited, we’ve had an average attendance of over 10,000 people so we’re hoping we can surpass that if not see a sellout today,” says Delisle.
Today’s game starts at 2 and he says you should plan to show up at least 90 minutes before kickoff.
