It was a very soggy Father’s Day in Southern New Brunswick which goes along with the cool and wet month June has been so far.
We normally get 101 millimetres of rain in June but so far we have 157 millimetres with more rain this week.
Meterologoist Claude Cote tells CHSJ News the rest of June and the first of July will continue on the cool side but there is better news.
He says Environment Canada is calling for above normal temps with a typical afternoon temperature of 23 degrees.
June 12th was our hottest day so far with the mercury reaching 27.5 degrees.
