Fredericton police are looking into a collision involving one of their officers and a pedestrian who was hit by a cruiser in a marked crosswalk downtown.
It happened around 10 o’clock on Saturday night and the pedestrian was treated for minor injuries in hospital and released.
The senior police supervisor on duty at the time was notified and a report was submitted.
Speed was not a factor but police are still looking into the collision.
