At 4:30 – take in a Roast Beef Dinner at the Railway Station. Cost is $14 for adults, $7 for kids 12 and under.
At 7pm, McAdam’s 2nd Annual Railway Days Country Music Show will be held at the McAdam High School Auditorium. Cost is $8 for adults, and children 12 and under $5, kids must be accompanied by an adult. Performing are Roy Thompson, Fred Shaw, ECMA Nominee Katherine Moller, members from the band “Heartland”, and other entertainment as well.
Then, after the show, around 10pm, join in for a fireworks display over the Station Pond.
Canada Day celebrations will take place in the Town Square, downtown St. Stephen, from 11am to 2:30pm.
All events are free and will take place rain or shine.
Come out for face painting, balloon twisting, bubble fun, a jelly bean contest, sidewalk chalk art, Live music by “Desperado”, the St. Croix Public Library Book Sale, and kid’s inflatable and water games hosted by the St. Stephen Fire Department.
At 11:45am will be the official opening ceremonies with the Mayor’s words, Oh Canada and cake cutting.
