Codiac RCMP are searching for a 29-year-old man in Riverview who they believe may harm himself.
Police are conducting a ground search in the area of the Dobson Trail which began earlier this afternoon.
A heavy police presence is already at the Dobson Trail parking lot on Pine Glen Road.
Officers say the man is not known to police and he is not considered dangerous but they do want to find him.
The RCMP helicopter has also been called out to help in the search.
