The life of a 50 year old woman who was found dead in a home on Red Head Road last Monday will be celebrated this weekend after it was tragically cut short.
Cathy Bawn, who worked at the Petro Can on Bayside Drive for nearly 15 years, has been described as someone who enjoyed country music, liked to dance, was fun loving and wasn’t afraid to speak her mind.
Last Monday, Police were called to check on her well being after she hadn’t been seen for a while. As police were entering the trailer, they heard a gunshot and a 51 year old man was dead. A service is scheduled at the Fundy Funeral Home on Westmorland Road for Saturday morning at 11:00.
