More young Canadians than ever before are proudly expressing their passion for the Great White North.
That’s according to President of Historica Anthony Wilson-Smith, who tells us they think one of the reasons is because so many Canadians now, especially younger ones, come from different countries. He says often, they’re improving their situation when they come here and feel passionate and grateful to Canada.
He says that kind of patriotism from people who have just come to Canada can be contagious for Canadians already living here.
Historica Canada is an organization that aims to enhance awareness of Canadian history and citizenship.
