A St. Stephen man will go on trial next year for his mother’s murder.
Matthew Tucker is facing second degree murder charges in his mother Dorothy’s death last November.
53 year old Dorothy Tucker of Oak Haven went missing on November 10th 2014 and her body was found 10 days later in the woods by hunters.
Matthew Tucker’s two week jury trial is scheduled to begin in Saint John on February 15th 2016.
