One man seems to be taking the fall for a dark event that happened in Pennfield.
Last month, four people were charged in relation to the incident, after a 21 year old man was held and beaten at a home.
Two men in their 40’s, and a woman in her 30’s, pleading not guilty to all charges, those included assault, uttering threats, mischief, and unlawful confinement.
Their trial date has been set for February 12th, 2016.
Meanwhile, a 32 year old man being remanded into jail after pleading guilty to assault, mischief, and uttering threats. The Crown withdrew an unlawful confinement charge in St. Stephen Provincial Court this morning.
The man is scheduled for sentencing on December 8th, 2015.
