A hearing that had been scheduled in the Court of Queens Bench on the closures of the courthouses in St. Stephen and Grand Manan has been delayed because of an appeal from the province.
The Barristers Society of Charlotte County launched the legal action against the closures and is seeking an injunction.
The province is appealing a ruling from last week which determined the Barristers Society had filed their application on time.
