Anglophone South students in grade 4, 5 and 6 through 12 are being survey on how they feel about a sense of belonging and positive learning environments and relationships.
The Tell Them For Me survey is created by an independent company called The Learning Bar and used across Canada.
Bronwyn Tanner of Anglophone Southsays the data is very powerful because it’s students voices you are hearing.
She says schools use the data in a variety of ways meaning they can look at specific questions to see if programs they have in place are being successful.
DEC members for Anglophone South heard about how their schools gets high marks for being inclusive in the presentation during Diversity and Respect Week.
