Codiac RCMP now have a 20-year-old Moncton man in custody after he was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
Ryley Smith was apprehended by Calgary Police earlier this week.
He was wanted for two armed robberies at the Subway Restaurant in the Northwest Plaza.
In both cases over the past year, a man walked into the Subway armed with a weapon and demanded money.
He fled with cash both times but no one was hurt.
Ryley Smith made his first court appearance in Moncton today to face armed robbery charges and will return to court next Thursday.
