On day 45 of the trial Dennis Oland being taken through correspondence he was involved in on July 6, 2011 along with video segments timestamped on that day as well.
In his opening statement Miller telling the jury that Dennis Oland will testify in considerable detail about what he did and who he communicated with on July 6 and 7, 2011. Miller also revealing that Dennis Oland’s wife Lisa Oland, his mother and Richard Oland’s widow Connie Oland, his uncle Jack Connell, and family friend Mary Beth Watt will also tsetify at the trial. The order, however, has not been determined.
Richard Oland’s bludgeoned body was discovered face down in a pool of blood in his investment firm office at 52 Canterbury Street on July 7, 2011.
