Saint John-Rothesay MP Wayne Long says he has enjoyed the ceremony that comes with being a Member of Parliament.
The newcomer to politics is experiencing the opening of Parliament for the first time.
He says you quickly realize there is a lot of work to be done and he says they started with the response to the Throne speech today and he’s really looking forward to really getting to work next week.
Long says the Speech from the Throne embodied everything that the Liberals ran on including a small tax hike for people making over $200,000.
